The Humanities and Social Science Electronic Thesaurus is free to download on acceptance of a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC-BY-SA 4.0).
This allows users to modify and build upon the work even for commercial purposes. Any new works that use the original content must carry the same CC-BY-SA licence. The University of Essex, and the UK Data Service, must be clearly credited as owner and developer of HASSET respectively. Please read the licence terms. Any terms whereby HASSET has previously been accessed are now superseded by the terms of the CC-BY-SA 4.0 licence.
